Is The Inspection Really Free?
Yes. Free means free. We come out, get on your roof, and check everything. You get photos, documentation, and a straight answer on what we find. No fee, no deposit, no obligation to hire us. If your roof is fine, we will tell you that too.
Do You Deal With Insurance Claims?
All the time. We document the damage, meet your adjuster on site, and make sure your claim reflects what is actually wrong with your roof. You should not have to learn adjuster lingo to get what your policy owes you. We handle that part so you do not get shorted.
How Fast Can You Get My Roof Done?
Most roof replacements take one to two days once we start, depending on the size of your home and the weather. We give you a real timeline up front, order your materials, and keep you posted the whole way. No vague "soon."
I Need Remodeling, Not Roofing. Do You Do That?
Yes. We are a full construction company, not just roofers. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, siding, open floor plans, outdoor living, and more. Same crew standards and same communication on every job. Tell us what you have in mind and we will take a look.

Yes, we carry full liability insurance and workers comp, so you and your property are protected on every job. Texas does not require a state roofing license, but we hold our work to the standards of the brands we install, including Owens Corning. Ask anytime and we will show you our coverage.
Do You Warranty Your Work?
Yes. We back both labor and materials with long-term warranties, not just the manufacturer's bare minimum. We go over the exact terms in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises down the road.
What If I've Been Burned By A Contractor Before?
You are not alone, and honestly that is why we built Draven. The late no-shows. The price that doubles by week two. The calls that go to voicemail. We do the opposite. Do You Clean Up After The Job?

We protect your landscaping before we start, run a magnetic sweep for nails when we finish, and haul off all the debris. You should not be pulling shingle pieces out of your flower beds for the next six months.
